• 1. Athletes are recommended to wear a weightlifting singlet.
• 2. Permitted equipment: any kind of belts, wrist wraps, knees sleeves and elbow sleeves
• 3. Not permitted: weightlifting straps

COMPETITION SYSTEM

The CompetitionS follows divide into females and males category and the winners are be selected ratio only weight based on the highest point calculated using sinclair system/score.

WINNERS

All participants will be awarded by certificates.

Top three athletes among men and women in each category will be awarded by medals, cash prizes, sponsors prizes and certificates.

Overall winner among men and women will be awarded Eleiko bar and overall momento.
